CMM Check 1.0 O-INSPECT, calibrated (Software not included)
The artifact Multisensor-Check can be used for the intermediate testing of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 10360 series of standards.
The following specified properties can be checked:
- single-point probe deviation
- scanning probe deviation
- length measurement deviation
- form deviation
Probing deviation and length measurement deviation are checked tactilely and optically.

- Gauge Blocks, Length 50, and 200 mm
- Ssetting ring for tactile and optical measurements, diameter 16 mm
- Sphere, Diameter 25 mm
- Styli systems for XT and XXT sensors
- Accredited calibration of all standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
- Robust transport case with lock and foam insert
Not included in the package:
- Evaluation software CMM Monitoring Tool including dongle license from eumetron GmbH
Product note
Not suitable for O-INSPECT duo and O-INSPECT with scout sensors.
The measurement and evaluation software is not included in the scope of delivery and must be purchased separately. (material number 626001-0830-020.)
A software license is required for each coordinate measuring machine.
